Refund policy

30-day returns. You can return your Wren steamer within 30 days of delivery.

Defective items: If your steamer arrives defective or stops working within 30 days of delivery, we'll send you a free return shipping label and refund or replace it, your choice.

All other returns: The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it.

How to start a return: Email marykate@wrenclean.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll reply with instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
